Ep 45: PSO Canada West! Plus summer break

This is the last episode for a little while! Jenna will be taking a summer break, with plans to return to recording new episodes in August. 

In the meantime, enjoy this recap of PSO Canada West: Jenna's first in person competition since 2019 and certainly her first competition since becoming a mama. Jenna shares some of the uncontrollable events that cropped up in the weeks leading up to the competition, the drive from Calgary to Vancouver with a 9 month old and 2 dogs, and a play by play of the weekend. She answers a couple listener questions about her competition experience, including the key differences between this comp and pre-mama comps. Jenna also shares some reflections about medaling, placements, and the nature of competitions.
